FAQ

How are your products tested? Every batch is independently tested by HPLC for purity and identity before it goes on sale. We publish the Certificate of Analysis for each product in our COA Library — not just on request. You can view the COA for any item on its product page or in the library.

What does "research use only" mean? All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, are not for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by Medsafe. By ordering, you confirm you are a qualified researcher aged 18 or over.

How is my order shipped? Orders are dispatched in discreet, unbranded packaging via tracked courier within New Zealand. Temperature-sensitive items are cold-packed where required. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

How long does delivery take? In-stock orders are dispatched within one business day of payment clearing, with standard NZ courier delivery following from there. Pre-order items ship within the timeframe shown on the product page (typically 3–4 weeks).

What payment methods do you accept? We accept bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Payment instructions are shown at checkout. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared.

How should I store the products? Store lyophilized (powder) products at -20°C, away from light and moisture. Once reconstituted for research, store refrigerated and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Specific storage notes are listed on each product page.

Do you offer pre-orders? Yes. When an item is out of stock, you can pre-order it at a discount and we'll dispatch it as soon as the new batch arrives. Expected timeframes are shown on the product page.

Do you ship outside New Zealand? [Answer depends on your decision — if NZ-only:] We currently ship within New Zealand only. [If you add Australia later:] We ship within New Zealand and to Australia.

What is bacteriostatic water for? Bacteriostatic water is used as a diluent for reconstituting lyophilized research compounds in laboratory settings. It's listed under Accessories.
