Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vials.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 7 days at the buyer's shipping cost. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
